Registration

Dead-line August 31, 2012.

PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT = CREDIT CARD

Instructions:

1. Email registration to adam.kristensson@nuclear.lu.se .
2. In the email, please write your full name, institution belonging, email address and telephone number.
3. Please write which amount you are paying (nothing, 400, or 700 SEK).
4. Please write which days you are staying in Lund (12/13 September).
5. Please write if you have any food allergies or if you are vegetarian or other requests for the food.
6. Please write if you are paying by credit card (preferred method of payment) or by invoice.
7. Please go to the homepage https://ssl.webbhotell.ldc.lu.se/luccp/default.aspx?LanguageToChangeTo=en
if you are paying by credit card (dead-line September 4, 2012). In the payment details, you should choose "Ship emission symposium (A. Kristensson)" as the Event, and type "107134" as the Remittance information.
8. Please write your VAT-no., exact person and billing address (and possible billing code if you use one) if you use payment by invoice (dead-line of payment by invoice: September 30, 2012).

Conference fee and travel reimbursement

Conference fee:

Consortium for Aerosol Science and Technology (CAST) members - free
Presenters or session chairs - free
Panel discussion members - free
Media representatives - free
Others - 400 SEK including lunch
Others - 700 SEK including lunch and dinner

Travel reimbursement:

For panel members/presenters (if you don't need it, please don't ask for reimbursement upon registration):
Within Denmark and Götaland region in Sweden - only reimbursement for train and bus.
Outside Denmark and Götaland, Sweden - all accomodation and travel expences covered for arbitrary means of transportation.
